Dear Donna,

I have been a mortgage banker in this area for over a decade. During this time I have had the privilege of working with numerous real estate agents. I have found that some agents really work hard to take care of their buyers. I have also noticed that there are a lot of agents that once the offer to purchase has been signed they disappear until it is time for them to collect a check. You are definitely not the latter. Over the last few months it has been an honor to work with you. Every buyer that comes into my office is very prepared for the mortgage application. Each one spends a fair amount of time elaborating on what a great real estate agent you are.

I want to thank you for this. It is refreshing to see there are still agents in this industry that understand they do represent the best interest of their buyer or seller and are willing to work tirelessly to see that each individual customer is provided the quality of service they deserve.
